Shipping Policy

Ibestwolf ships all orders with free freight.
Ibestwolf shipping policy includes shipments to the 48 contiguous states. Contact us for cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or American Territories. We apologize but we cannot ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO or any international destinations.

Your order will typically ship within one to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second email with your order tracking information when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to activate on the courier’s website.

Ibestwolf ships orders through the USPS or FedEx. Transit time can be up to ten days, but most orders will reach their destination in five to six business days from the date of shipment depending on your location.

If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping services. Contact our Customer Service team at ibestwolf@163.com or call  13912724450 for a quote. We will send a invoice for the freight cost. Expedited orders placed before 9:30 AM (Marysville, MI) will ship the same day. Expedited freight cost will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If you live in the Huron Boulevard, Marysville, MI area, we offer Local Pickup at our warehouse. You can place your order online and we will email you when it is ready to pick up. You can also just come to our office to place your order. We accept most major credit cards.
