Return Refund Policy
If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’ll accept return requests for any purchase within 30 days from your date of receipt. The items must be unopened, unused, with tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
We do not accept returns for installed items, gift cards or downloadable products. Returns that arrive without a box or require re-boxing may incur a small re-box fee.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 3 days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Exchanges for Damage or Defective
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or a defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process. If your order was received damaged, please take pictures of the box it was shipped in so we can file a claim on your behalf.
Exchange for Wrong Part Ordered
If you receive the wrong part, please contact Customer Service for an RMA at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can issue a refund or ship a replacement item once we receive the original order item back at our warehouse.
Ibestwolf will pay Return Shipping if we make a mistake on your order or if the item is defective within the first 30 days of purchase. All other returns must be shipped freight paid. Any items arriving with freight due will be refused. We strongly suggest that you insure the return package for loss or damage during shipping.
